Not only did the staff impress me by returning my forgotten hairbrush promptly, but the comfort of the air conditioning in my room made my stay even more enjoyable. The provision of ironing facilities was a thoughtful touch that added to the convenience of my visit. From the mini-bar stocked with refreshing beverages to the cozy sitting area perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, every detail was meticulously arranged to ensure a truly delightful experience. The mesmerizing view from the patio and the inviting garden furniture allowed me to immerse myself in the stunning natural surroundings without even leaving the premises. Pousada Shangri-La's commitment to providing free high-quality toiletries further highlighted their dedication to guest satisfaction. The modern flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime, enhancing the overall comfort of my stay.
